  • Under £50: For orders under £50, standard delivery is just £2.50.
     

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 2 working days from the dispatch date, via Royal Mail.

Next Business Day Delivery

  • Flat Rate: For those needing their orders faster, we offer next business day delivery at a flat rate of £4.5, regardless of the order amount.
     

  • Delivery Time: it typically takes 1 working days included weekend from the dispatch date, via Royal Mail.

Additional Information

  • Dispatch Time: Once your design is approved, our artisans will begin the embroidery process. You can expect your item to be dispatched within 2 working days after approval.
     

  • Delivered Monday-Friday, excludes weekends and public holidays.
     

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
