Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect to assess the situation. We might ask you to send the item back. Once confirmed, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we begin crafting your order as soon as it is placed. Therefore, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed and confirmed.
